1. Inspect plants immediately upon receipt for health, moisture, and root condition.
2. Allow plants to acclimate to your environment before transplanting.
3. Avoid aggressive feeding or environmental swings during the first 24–48 hours.
4. Transplant into a prepared medium suited to your production system.
5. Monitor root recovery and early vegetative response before pushing growth.

We guarantee our clones to be healthy and viable upon delivery. To keep expectations clear on both sides, we require inspection within 24 hours of receipt.
This window ensures that any concerns are identified before environmental variables diverge and allows issues to be addressed promptly and fairly. Concerns raised after the 24-hour window may reflect downstream environmental factors and cannot be guaranteed.
